Over the years we have had discussions about creating a plaque or other physical object in our pub where we can recognize staff that have been with us for a long amount of time. I’m curious to hear from anyone who has done something like that. What form does it take? Once someone’s name is on it, does it stay even if they leave? How many years before they go on it? Etc. Thanks!

Hi Troy,

I’m an accountant and work with a lot of breweries and their software stack. Happy to provide input on what I’ve seen that works well. mpearman@ghjadvisors.com

We are a small Brewpub in East Texas.  Have full time Restaurant and Brewery operational under the same roof.  New Year brings us re-evaluating our procedures in both Brewhouse and Accounting/syncing with our Restaurant.  Currently using EKOS and am finding out its waaaay more than what we needed.  Looking for input on what has been successful for others for the above.  Our Chef and GM are not well versed with “Arryved” POS but the only reason we use Arryved is that it synced with EKOS.  Shortly put, looking for a better way across all operations and into Quickbooks for our Accountants.  Feedback appreciated!!!
