We confirm our results through BDAS using their Quantitative test of gluten via Ridascreen Gliadin ELISA. Results are reported as ppm (parts per million). We have the ability to can, bottle and keg along with and pasteurize. We’d be happy to contract produce for you. Let me know if you have any interest.

I see that no one answered you yet. So, do you need to be in any specific state/province?

here’s a few spread in Us/Canada: Alt Brew, Bierly, Aurochs, Buck Wild Brewing, Burning Bros, Dos Luces, Evasion Brewing, Ghostfish, Glutenberg, Gray Fox Brewing, Green’s, Ground Breaker, Holidaily, Lucky Pigeon, Moonshrimp, Mutantis Beer, Necromantic Brew Co, Neff Brewing, Nyx Brewery, Red Leaf Brewing, Two Bays Beer.

Honestly, not sure which of them are exclusive for GF and do contract, but I believe it will be easy to find their contact and send an email.

Hop it helps you.

Does anyone know of a gluten free beer production facility that does contract brewing? I am looking specifically for a facility that only makes gluten free beers so there can be no cross contamination. Thank you.

Nebraska hosts 4 quarterly membership meetings followed by a happy hour (open to our allied trade partners).  In addition, we host quarterly (or more), continuing education roundtables hosted by our allied trade members in areas in which they are subject matter experts.

We also have an annual golf scramble chaired by a group of our allied trade partners (which we plan to replicate in multiple markets in 2023).   Our conference may make a grand reappearance in 2023.

We are a smaller Guild in terms of numbers (64 brewery members and approximately 40 allied trade partners), but have an over 90% participation rate in Guild membership by breweries.  A group of our allied trade partners have formed their own committee as well, focused on sharing B2B leads with one another.

As CJ said, always happy to share more about allied trade membership.

Cheers!

Bri

We host 5-6 annual events and our Annual NH Craft Brew Conference & Tradeshow is slated for January 2023. Happy to discuss our Allied Membership Program and other member-focused initiatives and programming anytime.
