Nevada distributor Bonanza is suing MillerCoors over the latter’s attempt to redirect the sale of Bonanza’s distribution rights to a Coors distributor. Bonanza claims that MillerCoors’ contractual right to match and redirect such a sale is illegal under Nevada law.
