Failing to advance in the House prior to adjournment, S.B. 194 sought to prohibit any person under the age of 18 from entering a Class A-General retail establishment (defined as a retail outlet where alcohol is sold on the premises for consumption on the premises), except for a musician under the supervision of his parent or guardian.
