On the Governor’s desk, H.B. 1140 revises the types of manufacturers of beer, light wine or light spirit products that are prohibited from having an interest in wholesalers or distributor to include an entity that is the manufacturer of a product or substance that is infused into or becomes part of any beer, light wine or light spirit products regardless of whether the entity manufactures the final product. This provision also shall apply to all related companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries, joint ventures or any similar type of arrangement.
