The intent of this roundtable discussion will be to speak on the reasons taprooms and breweries in general aren’t as diverse or inclusive as they could be. To this end, we will discuss ways that breweries can engage with their local communities and increase diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in breweries everywhere.
