What does leadership mean to you? This panel discussion focuses on women in different leadership roles across the industry, the ways in which women support and inspire the craft industry through collaboration, and looks at our definition of the term “leadership” itself. We aim to inspire new collaborative efforts across our industry by bringing a variety of women in different roles together to discuss ways in which you can use collaborative events to further support female leadership. We also challenge the word “leadership” to include a broader inclusion of women and help design more innovative collaboration for the future.
