In this presentation, Jan Biering of VLB Berlin talks about the latest trends in recipe development of non-alcohol and alcohol-free beer and shares experiences from the last few years of product development. He walks through the brewery to point out the important points and failures, which can be made during the production of non-alcohol, alcohol-free and low alcohol beers. He also presents on special tricks for small brewers to develop no alcohol and low alcohol beers that are as close to the original beer style as possible.
