This seminar will present and discuss the first edition of the Brewers Association (BA) Beer Server Training Manual, which describes strategies and tools for brewpub and brewery owners and managers who perform staff training or would like to in the future. The panel is presented by members of the BA Brewpubs Committee, which has been compiling best practices for guidance on training over the past three years.
