PROVIDENCE, RI – the Rhode Island Brewers Guild and its technical committee is proud to announce the first-ever Rhode Island Brewers Conference, presented by Amherst Label.

Taking place Friday, August 9 at Farm Fresh RI in Providence, the Rhode Island Brewers Conference brings together RI and surrounding area brewery industry members, industry professionals and entrepreneurs. Attendees, including brewery owners, brewers and key staff, will benefit from a curated selection of technical and business seminars – along with an expo floor featuring hand-picked exhibitors – that will empower them to improve operations and tune their craft. RI Brewers Guild co-technical chairs Homer Johnsen, Pivotal Brewing Company and Luke Gerweck, Tilted Barn Brewery are leading the organizing efforts.

“There’s an energy, anticipation and excitement within the RI Brewers Guild to showcase the Rhode Island craft beer industry and summer in Rhode Island is a beautiful season to share our scene,” said RI Brewers Guild Executive Director, Nils Weldy.

The Rhode Island Brewers Conference, will welcome John Mallett, RI native and Bell’s Brewery legend as its keynote speaker as well as presentations and panel discussions from an array of industry experts covering a range of topics, from technical brewing aspects and innovation to marketing strategies and sustainability practices.

Speakers and panelists subject to change or may be added.

Members of the Rhode Island Brewers Guild look forward to welcoming attendees to the first-ever Rhode Island Brewers Conference, Friday, August 9th.

Rhode Island Brewers Conference attendees are encouraged to raise their tasting glass with the entire RI brewery community on Saturday, August 10th – from 3:00-6:30 p.m. – at the 2024 Ocean State Brewers Fest, also taking place at Farm Fresh RI. A limited number of tickets will be offered beginning June 5.
