The Brewers Association Human Resources (HR) Committee seeks to provide our members with the tools needed to develop compliant HR strategies while building and maintaining stronger relationships with the teams they serve. Additionally, it is the goal of the HR Committee to bridge the gap between HR representatives, organizations, and the brewing community to promote open and honest communication leading to employee and organizational well-being.
