Craft Beer HR Group
The Craft Beer HR group is an independent group comprised of 100+ HR professionals at 80+ craft breweries. The group connects industry HR practitioners to discuss some of the unique challenges facing small and independent craft breweries. Today, the group hosts an annual summit, collaborates with the Brewers Association on an industry-specific compensation and benefits survey, and serves as a network to answer common HR questions related to the brewing industry. Infinite Ingredient
Infinite Ingredient introduces the Workplace Wellbeing Portal, a confidential digital platform in collaboration with Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, providing eligible craft brewery employees with resources and support for substance use disorder and mental health challenges. Employee Assistance Programs
Employee assistance programs (EAP) are a way for employers to help employees who are experiencing personal issues like alcohol or substance abuse. Many EAPs now cover a broad range of issues and extend to an employee’s family. Many insurers offer affordable employee assistance programs as add-ons to your existing insurance. The EEOC provides a wide range of resources to both help you understand the law and to create a workplace free of harassment.
