In preparation for this BA Collab Hour webinar, participants are encouraged to complete the Known Hazards for People Leaders: The Foundation worksheet. The exercise will introduce some of the topics that will be discussed and set the stage to think critically about how the content is applicable in their lives and workplaces. Participants are invited to prepare questions for our panelists based on this activity.
Whether you are a human resources (HR) professional, business owner, or manager, leading and supporting other people in the workplace can be tiring and thankless work. In this panel discussion we will talk to a group of HR and mental health professionals about known hazards in this work, including loneliness, compassion fatigue, burnout, and more, and how to create a culture of mental safety for yourself while supporting your team. All people leaders are encouraged to join!
