The purpose of this seminar is to help breweries realize the power that comes from creating organizational clarity, and using that clarity to set organizational priorities. Every brewery is different, and trying to copy what someone else does won’t help you realize your full potential as a business or enjoyment as an owner or employee.
Attendees will be walked through a process to develop clarity within their business that has been used within Creature Comforts Brewing Company, as well as within multiple other companies (for profit and nonprofit). The desired result is to provide actionable steps for identifying your “why” and your “what,” and then using that clarity to develop guardrails, build a plan, and set priorities. In so doing, you can increase alignment, set more effective goals, and deliver exponentially better results for your specific business.
